I asked if I could submit it by hand but that was the reply I got.

It happens in most schs that conduct test for DE applicants. You can submit before being admitted, however it doesn't make a difference (your test makes). Some may not even ask for it until you're about to graduate.

this info is out of date. No longer genuine, make sure u submit ur transcript.
