it depend on the organisation interviewing you, such question are ask to know how ambitious you are? If u're too ambitious some manager may see u as a compitetor. Better do more research on the org. To know if they are org. That want their employee to grow on the job. You see ur self in 5yrs as becoming a proficient professionional that add value to organisational goals and enhance productivity at work

Apptitude test.....yes companies use it to test ability..but its just a way to flush a lot candidates from the pool, I have passed some and failed some,and at the end its all the same.....i currently work now and I can say am doing fantastic and yet dragnet or one recruiting coy would send u a failure mail...it depends on God, who you know,what you have to offer and opportunities...
