New Nylon Lubricant
Description
High viscosity of nylon and nylon alloy will lead rough surface of products, lacking luster, streak appearance etc. CYD-PR121 is an excellent lubricant due to special spherical structure and low viscosity, endow nylon and nylon alloy with many good performance.

Applicable Performance
★ Dendritic polymer CYD-PR121 is a good lubricant of polyamide (Nylon) due to its unique structure and physical property.
★ Good compatibility with other nylon systems.
★ Compared with traditional aids, CYD-PR121 with dosage of 0.2-1% can apparently enhance fluidity of melt and melt index was increased around 160%.
★ Effectively solve the problem of rough surface, lacking luster, streak appearance etc.
★ In process of mixing and plating, prevent polymers to stick on charging barrel, inhibit friction heat generation, reduce torque and load of mixing, and lower thermal degradation.
★ Improve fluidity and reduce polymers stick on charging barrel and mould at extrusion molding step, prevent and decrease material detention.
★ Not only lubricate melt material, but also improve mechanical strength, lower processing temperature, disperse glass fiber etc.

CYD-PR121

Description
CYD-PR121 is dendritic polymer with many hydroxyl end groups.
Molecular weight is around 1500-1700 g/mol.
Good stability of heat-resistantance.
Powder solid at room temperature.
Application
Dendritic polymer CYD-PR121 is a great modifier of polyamide (Nylon) due to its unique structure and physical property. Blends of CYD-PR121 with PA6 can improve the tensile strength, flexural strength, elongation at break, fluidity properties and lower processing temperature, is suitable to processing temperature below 260℃.
CYD-PR121 can be used as compatilizer for PA6 with PP, or other nylon, such as PA11, PA1010, improve both compatibility and mechanical properties.
Decrease processing temperature of nylon to reduce thermal degradation, save energy and cost.
Endow PA6 with excellent low temperature toughness, thereby increase performance of low temperature resistance.
Improve dispersion of glass fibers, carbon fibers and various inorganic fillers in PA.
 CYD-PR121 modified PA can be widely applied, such as automotive and machine parts, electrical and electronic components, instrument shells and other products need to improve performance and strength.
Usage
CYD-PR121 and PA should be dried at room temperature and 80℃ in vacuum condition for 5h and 12h respectively. (Please adjust drying time and temperature according to the material.).
Dosage should be adjusted according to requirement and performance during granulation or processing with PA resin, normally obvious improvement can be achieved by dosage of 0.5-2%.
PA modifier should be mixed uniformly with PA, especially when dosage is small, mixing time can be extended to achieve better performance.
Next process should be done according to the real condition and production process.

Product Description
Dendritic polymers as "the fourth class of new polymer materials", are attractive to the scientific world and industrial circles. The novelty of these materials includes highly branched molecular structure, a large number of surface functional groups, void space in molecules, monodisperse molecular weight distribution and nanoscale dimensions. ·Improve mechanical properties of PA6, such as tensile strength, flexural strength, impact strength, etc.;
·Improve flowability, processability of PA6;
·Lower processing temperature , reduce thermal decomposition of PA6, decrease energy consumption, save cost;
·Improve the low temperature resistance performance of PA6;
·Improve compatibility of PA6 with other nylon systems or other resins such as PP;
·Improve dispersion of inorganic fillers such as glass fiber in the PA system.
