I just got the uba africard hoping to use it to purchase a domain at godaddy. Unfortunately my transaction was declined several times. I also tried it on other host and it is still the same. Has anyone here experienced this at all. It is a new non-personalised card. What should i do cos i am so confused right now. Meanwhile i activated it online before using it, and there is sufficient funds in it. |
