Your phone may or may not support it. Check to see if your phone has any settings for exposure or shutter speed. My old phone didn't, my new phone does. Here's one I did with my phone. Not great but still.

mine was taken about a week later. I guess afterglows as these are peculiar to this season or time of the year.
