Pls don't express fears over the quota issue. Unicem employs across board and equally, going by last year's process it was very fair and people were selected across the country.The company needs individuals who are competent enough to handle its facilities irrespective of tribe.So I don't really think the quota thing plays out. My advice is that u ace the interview enough to be among those who will receive offer letter.
As for the interview, I was expecting to give d tip when the invites roll in. Anyways, let me just tip in right away since u guys already asked for it.
It was a panel interview with the plant Management team(about 4 to 5 persons).Questions were based on CV and the mainstream interview grill as u know them. I can't remember been asked any technical/ cement process related questions....Thanks.

Big ups to the works you're doing here, but i beg to disagree with you on the quota system. It is a sure CERTAINTY!! Though notwithstanding, the non-indigenes that performed well in the interview would still be selected.

Not yet but its not a bad idea to get a glimpse of what to expect. He should just give us the outline, saying normal interview stuff isnt enuf.
