Hello fell I job seekers, and other professionals in the house I recently got an interview for a job, on going for the job it was a weekend and I dressed casual for the interview, when I got there candidates were all in suites this made me feel a little inferior. I want to know if it's mandatory to always be on official dressing any day of the week for an interview ? Need a response so I don't go all casual for a week interview!!

So far it is an interview, go corporate for it, unless stated otherwise. Some small coys might be okay with smart casual. But to be on the safe side, it is okay to always ask what the mode of dressing is from the company. Cheers
