I used to be the type that absolutely hated vegetables and I would physically pick them out of everything, even the odd tomato and lettuce in a burger! I just didn’t understand the purpose of their being in any type of food. In my brain vegetables were for vegetarians. It’s funny now and when I think back to those days I can’t help but laugh because now I love vegetables and can’t have a meal without them, it just doesn’t feel right.

You’ve probably heard the saying ‘Abs are made in the kitchen’ and that a banging healthy body is made from 80% diet and 20% exercise – this is 100% TRUE! The fibres in vegetables aid muscle growth and strength and help your body keep the muscle gained during exercising. When you have a balanced diet your plate of food should be made up of 20% carbs (brown rice, whole wheat spaghetti etc.) 40% protein (turkey, lean chicken, fish and eggs) and 40% vegetables. Every meal should have this composition and for breakfast have oats instead, it is a type of carbs which is rich in fibre.

Pls continue here to see all the step by step tips on how to cut down all that weight! have fun ok? http://www.stylevitae.com/tajes-health-and-fitness-tip-of-the-week-veggies-are-your-pal/
