Job: Living Benefits Advisor in Lagos office Job Description Reporting Line: Living Benefits Super Principal Duties and Responsibilities Identifies customer financial needs Sell various types of policies to individuals Provides advice to the customer in a wealth creation environment Manages all client queries in a professional manner Seek to offer prospective clients access to sound financial planning backed by ARM Life. Provide select financial solutions derived from indebt analysis of clients' needs Embed enduring long term relationships with clients, through supporting them in achieving their financial goals based on planning, advice and guidance Manage information on products, rate changes, rulings, training updates etc. Ensure constant knowledge update on developments and trends in the Individual Life Industry Generate lists of prospective clients Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various products to promote sale Ensure fulfilment of all underwriting conditions such as medical examinations and accurate completion of proposal forms Evolve sales strategies to compete with other agents/companies that sell insurance Customize insurance products to suit individual customers Calculate premiums and establish payment methods Ensure renewal of policies Requirements Competency and Skills Requirements Excellent Interpersonal Skills High energy levels Self-driven & dynamic personality Ability to handle stress Initiative and Confident Basic Knowledge of Insurance Products and the regulatory frameworks.
