I don't think so the minimum should be a 2:2 buh you can go to the faculty and check their requirement , it might not just matter

just tell ur broda to chill till next year,oau doesn't post list on dere website immediately...he should just print out his admission letter and wait, and meanwhile u could follow oau admission thread for more info.cheers
