We just started this building in ughelli delta state.
It is a combination of 3bedrooms, one bedroom and 2bedroom block of flats. It's a bungalow...would share the details here.
I pegged dug it and casted yesterday.
The number of partitions was 73 after digging and I settled for 500naira a partition so ended up paying 40000 for digging.
We used 28 bags of cement with each for 800 naira labour 28000
Mason 10000 for two mansons
Water pumping machines etc. 5000
Today we would set the foundation walls...stay tuned.

Blocks carrying in progress. But still haven't discussed the price of setting one block my experience yesterday thought me a lesson...l planned to pay for digging a partition for 800 but on asking them they told me 600 surprisingly I probed further and got them to do it for 500 I just hope today is same...lol.
