Ghana’s number one DJ and host of Open House Party on Joy FM, DJ Black has been adjudged Africa’s Best DJ at the 2014 Africa Muzik Magazine Awards (AFRIMMA). DJ Black, born Kwadwo Ampofo, beat off stiff competition from DJ Jimmy Jatt (Nigeria), DJ Exclusive (Nigeria), DJ Joe Mfalme (Kenya), DJ Cndo (South Africa), DJ Creme de la Creme (Kenya), and DJ Shiru (Uganda) to win the prestigious award. The 2014 AFRIMMA came off at the Eisemann Center in Texas Saturday night.
