It's not really a problem of the dressing, but uploading it onto the web. Kids(boys and girls) wear minimal clothing indoors most of the time if the weather allows it.

It's highly unlikely her mom would take her out dressed like that, because i'm pretty sure her friends and family would fault it (assuming the mom actually lacks common sense).

Most children that have a solid moral foundation usually grow up morally sound. There may be a few deviants but they are in the minority. And besides you want to give your child a good moral headstart in this decadent world.
