They have a reason for doing so, apart from uyo and some one or two major towns ie Eket, Ikot Ekpene, Oron, the rest are pure villages with little or nothing to write home about.

Is anybody stays or serving in Nsit Ibom or its surroundings?

to reply u. If u are looking for a state that has industries where u could possibly send c.vs to while at service den go for Ogun. But if u just want to live dat ''NYSC LIFE'' den its akwa ibom. Dere are no manufacturing industries here except d exxon mobil oil company.Den again,in terms of good roads, nite life, SOME infracstrures, Akwa ibom tried. but dont come with hopes high cos u might be posted to a village just like me.

. Boss may God bless you. Am also in the same shoe with that man...am also looking at osun or awka ibom state. Please what do you think? I heard osun is kinda cheap. How far with akwa ibom state? How much can I get a room self contain or a single room there? Please ma man.
