Firstly everyone should know the major cause of belly fat.In this context, I will delineate you facts leading belly fat.

Sitting in front of Televisons ,pc's for more than 1 hours.
Eating Fat foods which are made of cheese ,butter ,diary products ,sugar,salts and white rice,pulses.
Not able to excercise for atleast 30 minutes due to sedentary life style.
Some may have heriditary problem.
Due to some health problems like thyroid,water retention and for ladies in menstrual times.
Drinking and smoking habits
Mid day sleep
Over eating of food that contain sugars .
Eating more carbs.
And finally ,not aware of eating proportions.
Tips to lose Belly Fat


Firstly ,eat fruits and vegetables which contain vitamin C.A .E.
Divide your three meals schedule into five meals schedule
Never rift your break fast as it gives energy to the whole day.
Make sure that you are taking in smaller proportions.
Walk atleast for an hour in the morning,it will help more to avoid belly fat.
Drink atleast 3 ltrs of water.It primarily removes toxins ,from resources it has been proved that a person with 20 kg of weight should drink one l ltr of water to meet his daily requirements.so calculate your weight and take sufficient water.
Practice Yoga and Sun Salutations
Practice Cardio Excercises daily ,they help more to lose belly fat .
Eat protien based food and lower carbs.
Running and Brisk walk helps more in losing belly fat.
Cinnamon helps more in weight loss and belly fat too.
Eat Raw vegetables and fruits.
Avoid taking curd and butter ,cheese and diary products.
Eat Oats or any low fat cereals
Finally ,aerobics will greatly helps to get rid off belly fat.
