Unfortunately,the finals of 200m and the Long Jump were held simultaneously,otherwise Blessing would have gone for the treble and it would have been massive for her and Nigeria.Anyway,the Long Jump Lady didnt disappoint.4x4 Gold medal on my mind

Southern Cameroon was colonised by Britain and are English speaking so they are eligible to participate and have always done.
