Bamibor: Webometrics has just updated their latest rankings of world universities.

Webometrics, as their name implies, is an
organization that ranks universities based
on the size, content and publications,
global performance and visibility of THEIR
WEBSITE, and they’ve been ranking all
countries Universities, but today, we’re
choosing the one that concerns us, and
that is, the NIGERIAN UNIVERSITY
RANKING.
The Webometrics team believes that if a
University or Institution has a strong web
presence, then it should directly affect
general performance of such institutions.
And this year, the BEST University in
Nigeria is
★ University of Ilorin
★ .
This university has been named the best
university in Nigeria while Akwa Ibom
State University has been listed as the
worst by the Webometrics.

Is there something I'm missing here? I've just checked the new (July 2014) rankings, and, lets just say your information is iffy at best...
