I thought broken screen wasn't covered by the warranty? Or is it a new development?

Yeah, it's on their official Facebook page. You can confirm it here.

Apparently it's covered by Warranty but it's not for free.... People that have fixed theirs at the Carlcare centers paid an excess of 5K...

Covered by Warranty in this case probably means that it will be fixed at a cheaper price, but it's definitely not free.... As people that have fixed theirs paid

Miz Tyna I need your help, the sim 1 of my infinix zero gold is not working and I took to Carlcare they gave a vip tag but the tag is not useful, I thought they would repair it on time but they dissapointed me twice by wasting a lot of working hours. Please, use ya influence to assist me. my email is victorseun2000@gmail.com

I suggest if u havn't done dis, create a New access point 'blackberry.net' . If u only renamed ur gloflat/glosecure to blackberry.net, undo dat and switch to dat ur NEW APN with blackberry.net

It was a new APN I created.I didn't edit the other apns.. when I changed to blackberryx.net it brought out data network but refused to browse.. I think my Glo sim has been blacklisted by Glo cos I put it back in my Gionee that it had no issues with blackberry.net apn initially, but now refuses to work on it again.. Guys please tread softly on this.. seems Glo is on d lookout.

MizTyna: So i have been hearing about the Infinix Zero for a while, and as a samsung and blackberry loyal customer,i thought it was all talk, until i was given the phone recently. And i can say this, for a phone that will be sold less than 30K,it is virtually a steal! For one,the Camera quality is out of this world! I mean,it rendered me speechless. The screen is HD,with corning Gorilla glass! it even has 3D wallpapers!I played candy crush, while checking Instagram,at the same time tethering(using the phone as a mobile hotspot) and the phone lasted several hours without getting hot! No freezing or apps closing anyhow, the phone is sleek and stylish i just thought something must be wrong for it to be this affordable! And i found out it will only be sold through e-commerce and only on Konga, hence the price since all the outlets expenses and selling to stores who in turn add their own prices is out of the way. Everybody who has seen the phone with me all loved it! The Infinix Zero really is worth all the fuss!
