Dear Nairalanders in the property section, I need your help, tips and advice to successfully supervise a one storey building for hostel accommodation in Ilorin for my sister.

I need to know what to expect in terms of costs, materials and labour, and government regulations concerning this type of project.

We are preparing to break ground very soon.
The drawing is attached, please
My experience so far is limited to bungalows.

@op, if u no sabi building b4, get an experienced person to supervise it. make sure u get foundation right. use 9inches block. use an experienced foreman.
