I heard this complain from my brother.

National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency since January has been paying it's staff 85%. They claimed it's because the Agency is yet to receive budget from FAAC. How true can this be.

I want to collect money from him but this type of complain I cannot ask him. Can this be true that govt agency will reduce salary?

And I heard the DG is a pastor. The Agency does not pay leave allowance, no 28days, staff are treated like slaves and no 1 is allowed to complain.
