Delicate rapping puppydog Drake seems to think his ex-girlfriend Rihanna is the devil, now, or something, or something like that, anyway, or something. Basically he projected a weird video at a recent gig and it kind of makes it look like he is saying that Rihanna — who is, as far as we know, a human popstar with a string of hits and a raunchy reputation — is the actual devil. Who, to be fair, also has a raunchy reputation, but in a different way.

(Although, that said, Rihanna did release seven albums in seven years, which does sort of suggest a paranormal stamina to recording club banger after club banger. Hmm. MAYBE DRAKE HAS A POINT ABOUT RIHANNA BEING THE DEVIL INCARNATE.)

Anyway, as gossip website and humans-as-devils forum TMZ reports, Drake’s latest appearance at OVO Fest in Toronto saw him project a massive, fiery ‘6’ behind him on stage — swiftly followed by a flash of his ex’s face. He then showed two more 6s, then did a rap.

“It's unclear what turned Rihanna from Drake's girl into a satanic symbol,” TMZ says. “Drake has trashed her here and there, but it's one thing to have beef with your ex, and another to call her out as the devil.” Fair.

Rihanna is yet to respond to rumours that she is the actual devil, presumably because she is too busy sipping a pint of lava as though it were a kale smoothie and lashing the backs of non-believers down to mince.
