Are you on loalhost or it occurs online? If its on localhost, that is windows problem i think, i have install drupal on Fedora20 running VirtualBox and i have better perfomance even on module configiration before i dump drupal. But ordinarily if you are not configuring modules it should trouble you. |

It it online, the web page take up to 2minutes before it opens, sometimes it gives drupal error |
