But seriously!!! Can someone come up with NEPA App? So we can just download the APP, and know if we have light at home or if light dey we we dey go!!! Lite no dey now, d place wey person won go, how we go no say lite dey! Somebody should just make this Happen.... I'm sure the person will thank me later if it proves successful, in which I'm Optimistic it will.. Have a deal with all the Nepa offices to gain update and we can just get d info on the APP.. I knw its not easy but person wey get capital pass me can make it work. I have the idea but no money, and also do not knw some basic steps to make!! So if u can do it, Pls do..
