Hello dear readers, I need your advice before i launch to get a new phone.

I used a Tecno P5 last and it seemed sluggish just before i lost interest in it. I am looking to get an android phone with the following specs

IOS 4.2 and above
Good camera with flash
Uses major apps especially BBM, Watsapp etc
Strong battery life
Good processing speed
Price range between 15k and 20k (am not afraid to try a new brand)

Kindly drop your advice.
