I remember my cousins used to sing the lyrics of nkombothi as

when boys are many, one girl a ma ezu
when girls are many, one boy ga ezu

ROFL

meaning when boys are many, one girl won't be enough
when girls are many, one boy will do (be enough)

Re: South African Music, Anyone? by RSA(m): 12:13pm On Oct 28, 2008
Whoa!I am amased by your knowledge on SA music,I am a South African and a big fan of Nigerians music, esspecially what is comming out now,My son is four years old and whenever Ikechukwu,Naeto C,P Square,Two Face,Sasha plays he call me and we do the dance(you know the hand thing).
Femi and Fela Kutis are big in SA,Last time Femi was here he perfomed in front of 20 to 30 thousand people in Johannesburg and you know that when you talk about life perfomence Femi is the King(I could still see and hear him saying Bang!Bang!Bang when I close my eyes). He later went to Soweto where he perfomed I think for about 60 thousand people,it was like a rock star has landed in SA,he invaded SA it was amazing.

After reading this I think I should start a promotions company that will bring SA artist to Nigeria and virsa versa,we got to open the market,I need a partner Nigeria.

@TYPIA,I knew that you have special love for my pips grin, thats why you take special interest in what we say and I am happy to tell you that the feeling is mutual my brotha. You see me,Mpele and other love Nigeria that is why we are here,we like siblings that cant leave whithout each other yet when they are together they fight.
Politics aside,we both rock baba.

Typia is a girl? sorry a female? Now I really feel bad, damn i could not believe how disrespectful I've been to her.I apologise strong woman of Africa.

I think through music,we will start seeing the route between Johannesburg and Lagos getting busier,I know that Nigeria is quickly developing young successful people just like SA and they have money to spend especially on entertainment.
Naija-Mzansi(SA) rock!We are the giants of Africa!
