Share your opinion on this- do you think its time for local governments to establish and manage their universities?

Local Government to Establish and managed a UNIVERSITY When they have not been faithful with the 'little' -primary education committed into their care??! ...No, way! No, not time, biko nnu. We don't want our education system to crumble more, pls. Haba.

Seriously, it would be too huge for them to handle. Let's keep hoping they get it right with our primary education system. That is the basis, the foundation. . we are watching. #IMHO

Look at their secondary schools, tis not properly managed nw u talking of university.. Even the state Govt has done notin 'bout state universities.. Pls, they shldnt dream about it at all
