Embarassing SSSCE results. Who's blame?

Parents?

Teacher?

Authority?

Social Media?

The rate of failure is alarming and we seriously needs to get it right before it's out of reach, because it's getting late already. I don't want to believe it's social media adoption as some people believes.

Please let's know your say and possible solutions, hopefully we can get it across to those in charge as our sincere concern and efforts to better our successors.
