New Deputy Governor at the nation's apex bank, Central Bank of Nigeria - Mr Bayo Adelabu just perfected yet another new move.

He just perfected the erection of what is widely labelled 'a massive event centre and guest houses' in Ibadan, Oyo state.

The construction was reportedly perfected within a period of four months.
