Although, I found quite a number of songs that amazingly aren't worship songs. I think God is restoring a heavy dimension of worship (Acts 15:16) back to His house and we need to understand what worship is to properly key into this flow. Worship extends far beyond music or goose bumps, however, songs help to facilitate the connection of our spirit to God. Worship is contemplating God's Majesty; in whatever form it comes (e.g music) it should focus on God alone.
Rhythms, syncopations and techniques are good, but let's return the focus back to God.
Let's learn to worship God more for who He is than for what He's done.
Let God and His Majesty be the focus of everything we do.

The point of it all is not just in liking the song alone but actually allowing the words to minister to you and change your life....making you draw closer to God...
