We should say:

» "Alhamdullilah" (Praise be to God) for what we have;

» "Insha'Allah" ( If God wills) for what we intend;

and,

» "Subhana' Allah" (Glory be to God) when we see something exciting or amazing.

We should also remember to say:

» Astaghfir'ullah" (I ask forgiveness from God) when we lose our tempers or become weak,

and most importantly:

» "Allahu Akbar" (God is Great) when we are faced with the challenges of life.

These five phrases, said regularly, are like taking a multi-vitamin for holistic health inshaa'Allah..
