Last child in most families recieves more gifts,presence and attention compare 2 other children...why is it normally so..?

Because after all the older ones are grown and gone, the last one still with them longer than the rest

It's just tradition jare, a kind of norm that people have accepted without question. But the explanation could be because last borns are often smaller and get picked on and bullied the most so that kinda pushes them closer to the parents for protection and gets them a spot on Team Parents if you know what I mean. And they are more dependent on everyone else since they're the babies of the house hence demanding more attention by default. And since most last borns are carefree and funny they tend to be liked better by even the other siblings I guess. But personally as the last child myself, I won't say I recieved any special treatment after childhood sha.
