Instead of popping a new thread everytime for each textcee!
I think only one thread should be used for the interviewing of all the guests, and NO COMMENTS SHOULD BE ALLOWED ON THAT THREAD! To keep it clean and avoid derailing it! Thus, even after so many series of guests have been welcomed, it'll still be easy for one to check any of the guest's interview!
Another thread should be set aside for those who'd want to make comments!

I Still Prefer Creating New Thread 4 Evry Interview. Even if itz derail, itz nat problem. Those derailing comments will rather make it lively!

Create different threads for the interview.

My suggestion would be...if someone will volunteer his or her self as the interviewer..then he or she will mention ur name and drop his or her question...maybe your reply or answer will be with voice note...good voice record I mean...
