There are indications that most states of the federation are not complying with the Federal Government’s ban on the inter-state movement of corpses thus risking the spread of the deadly Ebola virus. Some offenders have been seen The offenders claim that to get a waiver from Government would cost them #30,000 as well as 3 working days.
