never knew such matter are tabled before professionals in immigration matter,
i salute you,

I applied for uk student visa sept 2008, i was denied by the ECO.
Appeal aginst the decision of ECO through BHC lagos on oct, 2008.

The school gave me deadline to resume or defer the admission till next year sept 2009, i hve elapsed this time and so i defer my admission till next year
I thaught the process for the appeal will take 2-3 weeks, never knew till i read your various contributions

please my questions are

if my visa is issued november, 2008, can stil travel to uk and waite for 2009 registration?
or tribunal will take inview my next resumption date (2009,sept) ?
please give me a clearer insight on this

I'm afraid u wont not be allowed untill the new school session, Whats ur schooling?I would u that if its on foundation degree or foundation level, u have a better chance,
