1st I reconstructed the eqn to y=4x+11
m1=4
m2=-¹/m1 I.e -¹/4
recall that m2 =y-y1/x-x1
substituting
-¹/4=y-3/y+2
cross multiply
-1(x+2) = 4(y-3)
-x-2=4y-12
CLT
-x-4y=-10
multiplying both sides by -1 to remove - signs it will now be
x+4y=10®
