I have some persons on several occassion that cook semovita flour like pap and drink it, I want to ask if wheat flour can also be prepared for drinking and the process involve in cooking it? |

1. Dissolve a small amount of wheat flour in water stir properly until the mixture is smooth. 2. Place a clean pot containing water on your cooker bring to boil 3. Add the mixture to boiling water and stir continuously 4. A paste is formed you can thicken by addding wheat flour 5. Allow to cook 6. Best served with honey, alot milk and moi moi Enjoy your breakfast or dinner |

Yeah,but i prefer to add it directly to the boiling water while stiring just like when making breakfast oats instead of mixing with cold water first,cos the cold water gives it a kinda 'raw' taste. |
