On what basis were those Kanuri girls given admission because from what I know most of those girls will find it hard to construct a sentence in their Native language not to talk of English. Even here in SouthWest(the most industrialized region in subsaharan Africa)some public school students can't even write down their names,not to talk of bokoharam infested creeks of northern Nigeria.  |
