With the recent withdrawal of Libya as the host AFCON 2017,do you seriously think that Nigeria should bid for AFCON 2017?

I think Nigeria should bid for it. By 2017, it would have been 17 years since we last (co) hosted it.

Definitely we should. The infrastructure is largely already there. The continent's largest economy and most populous nation has not co-hosted since 2000 and has not hosted individually since 1980! Meanwhile countries like Mali, Angola, Ghana and Gabon/Eq Guinea have hosted since then.
Something is definitely wrong there. Except you are telling me that Mali of 2002 has better infrastructure than Nigeria of 2017.
