After doing all the right preparation and priming, one of the most important decisions on an exterior paint job is the quality level of paint to be used.

Nt so expensive like that. the three bedroom can cost you less than 70k to screed. If much you can screed the Living & Dinning room only for beautiful look. and the silky, satin & Softsheen can be painted on the ordinary wall if you cant afford the screeding.

Be expecting purple and lilac for the exterior

Woww ,Trumpcoat I have been following your thread and works ,they are amazing indeed,I have always thought that awesome painting could only be done with already known and popular paints name ,I do not want to mention names here,I have called you before for quotation of a 3 bedroom flat interior and exterior before , you may not remember me though ,not quite long,i compared your price to other very known paints company ,your price is great ,I cannot imagine quality,class and fine work could be gotten at such good price, I want to encourage you to keep the flag flying ,I know you will indeed get there,I would contact you once the house is fully ready for painting.That hall is indeed Beutiful.How many years will the paint be before it starts to fade?

Colors will fade slightly when exposed to intense sunlight. As the coating ages, the fading can become more noticeable. Slight fading is acceptable, provided it is gradual and uniform so as not to be noticeable. Excessive chalking of the paint film will cause colors to appear lighter.Some paint colors are particularly vulnerable to UV radiation (most notably, certain colour like this violet & orange).


The paint will last around 10 years protecting but the colour might fade slightly after 6 years.

algae, mold, and fungal growth
abrasion
corrosion

Why wouldn't anyone call this Event/Entertainment Center Elegant? The person will need to see an Eye Doctor (Ophthalmologist) because he/she will need more than eye-glasses. The Builder has done a beautiful work, but you, Trumpcoat, have beautify it. Good work Trumpcoat..
