Yes the exterior was screed with waterproof material for xtra smooth surface. and the screeding makes the matt paint to come out so nice.

@hajji as soon you get those information pls forward them to me too, I mean the those newly designed PVC ceilling boad they are beautiful.

Painting of the fence, the painting is not as smooth an the Hall wall. the fence is not screed and we are using DOUBLE coated High quality trumpcoat Emulsion Paint instead of Matt Paint on the Hall wall of the same colour.

It is an Event/ Entertainment centre. An the purple colour means much to the owner.

At the first time we visit the site,we surprise seeing such e-center in such area and not in Lagos. but as we are working through a lot of client are coming for booking. And we secure two good job there as we Varnish all the exterior of the building. Looking so amazing.


Varnish is a final layer applied to a matte Paint after it is finished and completely dry. It’s used to protect them from dirt, dust, UV rays and yellowing and pollution in the environment. We are still working on the last part of the E-centre (Fence). Installation of interlocking concrete pavement really delay our work. so we have to move to another site @Banana Isand. Yea we are back here in Ondo/s and job done.
