Ok,So I applied for mbbs at ui this year But didn't make the cut off,I got 1 mark less than cut off. So am giving vet Med a consideration. I need genuine advice please,If you don't know anything about vet in Nigeria don't give me a prejudicial advice or hearsay.

It's lucrative... Bt th at not the only tin u shld consider. If u don't have flair for animals u might end up feeling out of place.. Bt all in all its an interesting course. If u are young go for it. Mind u it's a 6year course

If you are going into Vet medicine for the money... you are in for a disappointment.
Beware of those who tell you to go for it.
Do it because you like that field with or without the money. It will give you a steady income but the majority of your customers will not respect you and many of them will try to get away without paying you.

If you are interested in becoming a vet dog doctor because of the money, skip the medical training and go straight for Trading dog food and other products. You do NOT have to be a VET to sell Pet food. You need to be an entepreneur/businessman...

I would advise you, if you really have the passion for it then go for it

If u have love for animals go for it.
I heard that u can diversify to another field probably when u at running another degree like msc. The difference btw vet medicine and normal medicine is that vet medicine deal strictly with animals
