ya. i got to knw abt d state counterpert money which is needed to access d money wen i servd in UBE in bayelsa. unfortunately many states are not ready to make their own contrhbutions so as 2 access d money. wat a shame

There is more to this than the states just contributing and then getting 100% of what they contributed. In a country where majority of the state governors are thieves, what stops them from even using their own 'stolen' billions as d contributory sum and then make away with d capital and income? Imagine our governors being begged by UBEC to come and collect billions of naira!!!!!
