I was going out to buy me airtel recharge card yesterday. As i was about to move round a corner, all.of a sudden i heard some people shouting 13.. 13... 13.. So i traced the shout to mental hospital from across the street .. I was tempted to peep through a hole in the wall and i did .. Almost immediately water begin to drop on my head i tasted it ..it was salty.. I looked up and saw a mad man on the fence his manhood out aimin straight at me.....
