In summary: Don't waste Ur 3k in buying this product, totally nt worth it.

Bros, sorry abt your experience. Something must be wrong somewhere I guessed. To a great extent, I can say their manager is a very friendly & considerable guy cos I also had deals wt them.

A few months back, I also brought dis same speaker & a modem frm them. In all honesty, everything is working fine 4 me. He wil also want 2 call me to re-affirm I got d operation well. Till date, they keep sending sms 2 me abt their other products. Ironically, a few of my friends even brought dis same speaker on their olx store & none hs made any of such complaints.

I don’t really think dis your writeup is worth it. Try to seek audience wt them. I think they are d listening type.

Permit me 2 say I hv personally had gd deals wt a few reputable Nairalanders across NL threads like enquirydon, mayorall, phemmy, luluosas, innovation4real, etc. So believe it or nt, we cannot afford our goodwill 2 be spoilt now just becos of only N3,000 when I've also bought & sold things worth more than 500k on dis great forum.

Moreso, we regularly send our products 2 diff. parts of Naija even Bauchi, Abuja, etc. without 1 on 1 contact, yet no complaints. Dis made ur case appeared so absurd 2 us. Much moreso dat I personally double checked d product b4 shipping it out.

To show we are nt desperate abt your money sir, u wil remember hw u were anxious 2 pay bt I insisted dat u wil only pay after I've ensured d driver zooms off coming 2 your place.

U wil also remember dat I said when u are set 2 do your check/usage presumably afta initial battery charge, u shld flash my no. dat I wil call u: just 2 further guide u 4 optimal operation?

Barely 40mins afta dis time, u sent me sms dat d speaker isn't working when I know, for sure, u wouldn't hv charged d battery fully. So, at what point was d 7 hrs u claimed?Btw, even if one buys a new phone, u wil be advised 2 1st charge your battery well.
