of course, with the proper training. though getting among the top dogs in F1 takes more than being just a good driver. the team, the crew chief and most importantly the car play major roles in determining how successful a driver will be. In F1, the tightest of margins determine the winner, and d smallest details can decide a race. imagine winning a race with a 0.045 sec lead....
