When my Internet Explorer 8 was 'misbehaving', I downloaded & installed Internet Explorer 9 hoping it wil get d bug fixed bt it was no beta.

I felt revertng back 2 IE8 bt 2 uninstal IE9 became an issue: I couldn't find it among listed apps in d Control Panel. I cannot even get any IE8 to download & instal fresh.

Pls hw do I get my IE8 back OR hw best could I uninstal IE9?

D system is Window7 ultimate 32-bit.

You need to grab Ownership of the folder (Right click => Properties => security => Advanced => Owner) then give yourself modify access.

Just slight diff. I gt it tru Properties => Windows update => Installed update => (just saw IE9 listed among d updated apps there ).
