The whole town of uyo experienced something which has never happened in years.. Total blackout...if u know what I mean....there was no Nepa lite for a whole day in the whole town.... This blackout stretchd and affected neigbouring lgas on its outskirt...places like itam..etinan had this same fate......Now..we are left to ponder...where the PHEDC workers sleeping all day...or where they on strike...but whatever it could be...we hope it is resolved soon
