Hey guys, i was just wondering why is that whenever a school resumes after a forced break because of students' riot or protest, the school authority always ask to go their local govt. to get the signature of chairman, after being asked to pay some huge amount (which is understandable). Is there some law written or unwritten that exist that i don't know about? Please help me out  |
