It has become a well established fact from my findings how some colleague (superior/junior) could play so dirty in an organisation just to bring you down or get the better of you, you wanna only get better, improve on a daily basis and do your work right while some are just prioritising and strategizing ways to get at you in the office.. loads of instances!
