Bad harbit is not hard to stop if you really want it to stop.

There four steps to stoping it.

1. Give yourself one solid reason why you mush stop that bad habit as soon as possible; without this, if you even manage to stop you will still go back to your vomit.

2. Base on the reason 1 above, Develop hatred for that habbit; this can only be achieved if you can firtly admit that what you are doing is bad and which will help in, avoiding people who keeps you close to doing it as well.

3. Abstain from all it appearances; when ever you passive you are likely going to do it again as a result of an upcoming event or an occurence, just avoid that meeting, it is as simple as that; till you are sure you cannot be tempted again.

4. Lastly, Pray about it always; actually, there is no bad habbit one can just stop on his/her own without the help of God, if possible tell your spiritual leader about it and let him/her pray with you and don't renther his/her efforts useless by going into it again.

That motive alone can help you to stop it forever, something like, what would my spiritual leader say or do if he/she heard that I did this thing again? That will be your sentinel and your life can make huge different with that alone.
